HOPE-that four letter all powerful word that CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Written in first person, this juvie detention center gets to leave for work in the community, which allows him to really think about his struggle with the cycle of living on the street and crime and poverty. HOPEFUL is what I hope he remains. A realistic read that can make a difference.
